Eric Maribojoc is a real estate professional with 23 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, asset management, construction, leasing, repositioning and sale of multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties.
He has previously worked with private equity groups, most recently with Professors Capital of Solana Beach, California, and has been a principal in over $200 million in value-added and opportunistic commercial transactions across the country. He has also taught graduate classes in real estate transactions, urban planning and sustainability, real estate principles, and asset management at the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from American University in 1993.
